There are 3 options for completing applications available:

  1. Applicants can fill out a generic application in .pdf format, which can be found here. This is for applicants who would like to print an application, complete it, and personally bring it to one of the Buena Vista Property Management Team or email to Steve@BuenaVistaPropertyManagement.com. Cash, money order or check must be paid prior to the background check being complete.  Your application will not be considered complete until this is done. Please make checks and money orders payable to Buena Vista Property Management.
  2. The second application, which can be found here, sends you to Apply Connect, where you can apply with a credit card or bank card number. This application will need to be released by you, to Buena Vista Property Management, so that we can review it.
  3. The final application process, can be found here. This will allow applicants to fill out the application online with SimplifyEM (our company software) and submit it directly to us for processing.  There will be a payment option either online or by paying us directly.

If you do not currently have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, you can get the reader for free here.

The screening fee is $40 per adult, whether the application is brought into our office or submitted online. If a married couple submits an application online, both spouses will need to complete a separate application.

In addition to the above, please provide a copy of all working applicants' 2 most recent pay stubs. If self-employed, please provide the last 2 years' tax documents.

Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis in the order they are submitted. Please be sure to contact our office prior to submitting your application to confirm availability. All application fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstance. This includes submitting an application for a property on which an application is currently pending and/or approved.
