There are 3 versions of the applications available for you to complete.
The first application, which can be found here, is for applicants who would like to print an application, complete it, and personally bring it into our office to be processed. A money order or cashier's check must be paid at the time of submitting the application. Personal checks or cash will not be accepted. Please make cashier's checks and money orders payable to Buena Vista Property Management.
The second application, which can be found here, allows you to provide a credit card or bank card number for processing. This application still needs to be brought into our office for processing.
The final application, which can be found here, allows applicants to fill out the application online and submit it directly to the screening company for processing.
All 3 applications are in Adobe format, which requires Adobe Reader to view. If you do not currently have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, you can get the reader for free here.
Please do not fax your rental application(s) to the fax number on the application. The application will not be processed unless it is faxed from Buena Vista Property Management or other previous arrangements have been made.
The screening fee is $40 per adult, whether the application is brought into our office or submitted online. If a married couple submits an application online, both spouses will need to complete a separate application.
In addition to the above, please provide a copy of all working applicants' 2 most recent pay stubs. If self-employed, please provide the last 2 years' tax documents. These may be faxed directly to our office at 509-588-2672.
Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis in the order they are submitted. Please be sure to contact our office prior to submitting your application to confirm availability. All application fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstance. This includes submitting an application for a property on which an application is currently pending and/or approved.
